I got this.

Yet I know now I don't have to walk this journey alone. Not just my journey of self-care, but my journey through life. For so long I told myself I didn't need anyone and that I got this, I can do it all by myself. I just assumed that this would be my journey to the end.

What I have learned is that while I could do this all by myself, life is so much richer when we are connected to others, in relationships, uplifting each other, sharing experiences, and moving forward together. This is what I know now.

I am thankful for the people I have met along the way who have helped me to see this, and who have taught me how amazing life can be when we are connected to each other.
