This book follows my journey from New York to the US Virgin Islands, through California, Washington, DC and Scotland, through losses and setbacks, and through reinventing myself over and over again. It is also a book about the collection of magical things I gathered along the way, and about how beauty exists because of the shadows, not in spite of them.
